FAQs
I’ve never done yoga before. Are the classes suitable for complete beginners?
1
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome, no matter where you are on your yoga journey.
Every class offers simple variations and modifications so you can easily adapt each pose to suit your body, flexibility, and energy. Whether it is your very first time on a mat or you have been practicing for years, you will find a safe, supportive space to move at your own pace—and rest whenever you need.
What if I have an injury, medical condition, or am pregnant?
2
Please let Mia know before class begins so she can offer safe modifications and variations tailored to your needs.
Your safety and well-being always come first, so if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a medical condition, please also consult your doctor or healthcare provider for medical clearance before joining.
